I am only scheduling massages as out calls (I come to you)
I am not seeing clients on Sunday
I will not see clients after 5pm M-Sat. (this is for my safety as well as my clients; if I do evening sessions I will have a 2nd person in attendance).
I have the right to decline the session if I feel unsafe or don't feel comfortable. If cancelled by me there will not be a charge unless the session has begun and then cancelled.
Otherwise I am flexible to my clients
There is a form that will be filled out and signed for everyone's protection.
Cancellation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice either by text, email or phone you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. We understand that everyone's situations are different and will be taken into consideration. If this policy becomes a continual problem then an additional $20 will be added. Thank you.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be given 2 warnings and on the 3rd missed session you will be charged for the entire session. If this becomes a continual problem then $20 will be added to your missed sessions.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more that 20 minutes late then you will not be seen and will be charged for the entire session. Also, regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
